Company Formation
Usher Spiby & Co. offer a company formation service, which is comprehensive and provides you with:
- Company name of your choice (subject to availability)
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Company register
- Four copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
- We will also deal on your behalf with your VAT registration and set the company up for Pay As You purposes.
The cost of forming a new company is £100.
